Bruschetta di pomodoro (tomato and basil bruschetta made nonna's way)

Made using seasonal  roma tomatoes, red onion and  freshly picked basil from nonna's garden, our bruschetta captures the taste of summer. Authentic and delicious  - just add salt to taste and olive oil  then spread over crusty bread with fresh mozzarella di bufala or as a pizza topping or served with saganaki . It's a wonderfully versatile  ingredient ! But beware - it's also highly addictive.
