Refund Policy

Si Mangia makes every effort to ensure that our products are delivered when stated and in accordance with consumer law.

In the event of breakage during delivery or incorrect order caused by Si Mangia, then we take full responsibility and will fully refund ( including postage and handling) or exchange. Evidence of such disruption must be provided e.g. photo with date and time.

Exchanges (if applicable)
As Si Mangia sells food items, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@simangia.com.au and Si Mangia will take responsibility for the exchange, including postage and handling. Evidence of damage must be provided e.g. photo with date and time.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
