Grana Padano is our Italian hard cheese of choice. Light, nutty and dense in texture, it compliments and enhances rather than dominates any dish. It's great added to pasta and superb as a table cheese on its own with casalinga bread and a glass of prosecco! Be warned - once you start nibbling away it's impossible to stop.
Sold whole and vacuum sealed.
Keep refrigerated. Grated freezes well.
