Served, marinated  in a local extra virgin olive oil, garlic, freshly picked bayleaf, lemon rind, aromatic dried oregano and sweet capsicum (when in season).  You will be experience  a unique taste of old world Calabrian sensation - just liike Nonna made.  A light and firm, incredibly tasty olive, superb served with quality parmesan and casalinga  bread.
